Channeling is a relatively new term that describes something we all have the ability to do. However for most people, it is done unconsciously (without mental awareness). In spiritual awakening circles, it refers to the ability to still the mind (often in trance), maintain a high vibration and with a heart-centered intention receive messages, ideas, inspiration and information from the higher realms or dimensions from God/Source, the Universal Mind, your Higher Self, Ascended Masters such as Jesus (Yeshua/Jeshua), St. Germain, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, Buddha, Angels & Archangels, and Spirit Guides & collectives. This is possible because everything is energy and consciousness.
If you have ever been in the zone when you are doing something athletically, scientifically or creatively where it feels as though you lose track of time. When you have ah ha moments to questions you have and when you are accessing information, ideas, insights or inspiration that you didn’t know or experience before, you are receiving that guidance and wisdom from your angels and spirit guides in the higher dimensions or Angelic realm. This is channeling.
Channeling can take many forms. Some people channel higher wisdom through automatic writing or inspirational writing. They pose questions and receive answers and information for books or other purposes. Some channels are full body channels where the entity that they work with takes over the channel’s body and you will notice different mannerisms, vocal patterns and accents as the channel verbally conveys the information. You can tell by the high level of the information and wisdom being conveyed by the person channeling, that the channel is not acting or the source of the information coming through. Some people channel art, new inventions, and music. Some are conscious channels which means they receive messages internally from Spirit Guides to assist the person they are speaking with but their body and voice does not change. Conscious channels have a conversation going on in their head with their guide(s) or receive downloads of information and are also talking to the person or audience in front of them. Some channels describe their channeling experience as like being in a back seat of a car and tuning themselves into a different radio station and being a scribe.
Edgar Cayce is one of the first well-known and well documented channels of higher dimensional information and is considered by many to be the Father of Holistic Medicine. He passed away in 1945. Esther Hicks is also another popular channel of Abraham who teaches about the Law of Attraction.
Channeling is happening more frequently now by more and more people who are advancing on their spiritual ascension path. People who channel are able to bring through higher wisdom teachings to help the human collective raise our consciousness, with self mastery, to grow and evolve, and move into a higher Dimensional (5D) reality. In a 5th Dimension reality, everything is based on love (not fear) and unity consciousness. 5D reality is based upon the belief that everything and everyone is equal and connected and it is possible to experience heaven on earth.
The enlightenment process begins when we shift our ego personality and outwardly-focused left brain to incorporate our right brain inward-focused intuitive consciousness and we begin to listen to our heart and soul self.
People who spiritually channel often work with or through a particular Archangel, Ascended Master or being of light or collective, and command that they only connect with the highest Divine Light and Love for their greatest good and the highest good of all. Commanding evokes the God within you to create your reality.
As a channel, if you have any fear- based thoughts during channeling, you will channel from the egoic consciousness. This would include fears of possession or fears of past lifetimes of being punished for channeling. If you channel from the heart for your highest good and the highest good of all, you are going to channel Divine Love consciousness.
